English foreclosure packet
We understand how difficult it is for you to face this situation.
To help us, please print and complete the following documents as thoroughly as possible prior to your meeting with a foreclosure counselor.  Be as honest and truthful as you can so we have an accurate picture of your situation and know the best way to help.

Please complete the following:
1. MSHDA profile
2. Household budget
3. Foreclosure counseling release of information
4. Counselor/client agreement
5. Hardship letter – explanation of why you went into foreclosure and what has changed, that will allow you to become current on your mortgage if given the chance to bring it current. An outline is available for you to use and staff counselors can help you with this.

7. Freedom to Choose

Bring the following to your meeting:
1. Proof of all household income (month of check stubs, social security disability verification, award letters, child support print out, etc.)
2. Copy of recent utility bill
3. Copy of mortgage and deed
4. Two months of bank statements
5. Last two years income tax (with W2 forms)
6. Most recent mortgage statement/letter
7. If you are disabled, bring in doctor’s proof that you are unable to work and have applied for social security benefits
8. If you have a second mortgage, bring in the most recent statement/letter

Bring all these documents with you to your initial meeting with ICCF’s foreclosure counselor.
