ICCF believes all persons are created in God's image and exist in the light of his love. In response, each resident, staff member, director and all whom we serve shall be treated with respect.
Opportunity
ICCF expects responsibility and initiative from those we serve. We encourage the pursuit of opportunities to build skills and acquire new abilities that will increase housing independence and promote other life accomplishments.
Beauty
All ICCF housing shall be designed to complement surrounding architectural character, affirming personal dignity and inspiring neighborhood pride. Our housing shall be sustainably designed and constructed with high quality materials and workmanship to help assure long term affordability.
